I've been taking fisetin for roughly a year since my mum was diagnosed with Alzhiemers read that fisetin can help with prevention of chronic diseases by being an anti-inflammatory. In any case, I totally vouch for it as a supplement for energy and focus, I just swapped to the Manapura one as my old brand only did 250mg and these are 400mg per capsule.

Also - the packaging is much more chic.
