Our Scientific Team
Manapura’s approach is led by a science-first founding team. Gabriel Tsiattalou, Co-Founder and COO, is a Chartered Chemical Engineer with specialisms in Biotechnology and Process Safety. Gabriel oversees product development, ingredient sourcing and third-party testing, and is supported by area experts such as Dr. Cherry Lo, Ph.D., a longevity expert specialising in pathology and immunity; Ben Gibson, a mycology expert and founder/head grower at a UK fungi farm; and Carolina Ramuski, a sleep expert specialising in circadian biology, nutritional therapy and biohacking. Together, this gives Manapura a deep understanding of longevity science, functional mushrooms and sleep health.
Manufacture and Supplier Accreditations
At production, our raw material are issued with Certificates of Analysis (COA) for traceability and quality assurance, before materials are manufactured into Manapura finished products. These production COAs are an important step in ensuring high purity and quality of production, and are separate from independent 3rd party purity testing, which takes place separately as a second independent layer of testing.
Independent Third-Party Testing
These are product-level test reports and certificates commissioned for Manapura products and issued by independent laboratories. Testing is carried out by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories, typically via accreditation bodies recognised under the ILAC MRA. Results help verify active ingredient content, purity, identity and selected quality markers using methods such as HPLC, GC, microbiology, heavy metal or contaminant testing, depending on the product.

Manapura’s functional mushroom are grown and produced by at one of the UK most notable functional mushroom farms - who produce mushroom products which certified as Organic by the UK Soil Association. Our producer routinely test extracts for contaminants and bioactive content to ensure the highest possible standards.
The Food Standards Agency listing for our Producer shows an inspection date of 7 August 2025 and a maximum rating of 5 out of 5 - for hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities, and management of food safety.
The attached Soil Association documents show our Producers organic certification and trading schedules for mushroom production and double extracts including Cordyceps dual extract, Lion’s Mane dual extract and Reishi dual extract.

Yes. Manapura’s longevity range is supported by independent third-party testing and product-level certificates. We publish key results and downloadable documents in this Trust Centre.
A third-party test report is independent product-level testing commissioned to verify key quality markers. A production COA is raw-material documentation issued at production when the products are testing. Both are useful, but they serve different purposes.
Third-party testing results for Manapura’s mushroom range are coming soon. Supplier and organic certification evidence is already included in this Trust Centre.
GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. It refers to manufacturing controls designed to support consistent production quality.
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. It is a food safety system used to identify and control biological, chemical and physical hazards.
HPLC stands for High Performance Liquid Chromatography. It is a laboratory method often used to measure active ingredient content and purity.
